The psPlanner is a unique tool that will boost your productivity during the management and publication of the scientific programme of your conference. We provide you a customised environment for your conference, with the specific roles for chairs and speakers, the various session types your programme features, the topics and categories and an individual colour scheme for the sessions.

As a multi-user web-based system, hosted on our systems, you will receive a productivity tool to define conference start and end dates of your conference programme. You will be able to manage rooms, sessions, workshops, symposia, invited and abstract presentations, speakers and chair activities, while the psPlanner detects room and person time conflicts. The system offers a confirmation system and generates automatic links to share session content and personal itineraries.

The psPlanner system provides a powerful choice of reports to check the consistency and diversity of the complete scientific programme. A unique function is the automatic generation of the scientific programme in a formatted, print-ready MS Word document, based on a standard layout template (or your personal, customised template).

The iPlanner is a component of the psPlanner that allows an automatic and instant online publication of the scientific programme. The iPlanner features a clickable per-day view of sessions, presentations, chairs, presenters and abstracts. The iPlanner includes an extensive search function and an itinerary builder to plan the delegate’s visit during the conference.
